Don't worry America, the new Torture laws only apply to 'Aliens' and 'Enemy Combatants' .....but what exactly is an enemy combatant - why, it's up George W. Bush to figure that out. Maybe somebody from France, maybe a dissenter right here that has a crappy blog?!
